He was very knowledgeable and took his time showing and explaining everything I needed to know about what was going on in the home I'm looking to purchase. I really like the conclusion report he give's at the end of the inspection. It's very helpful and organized. For all the first time home buyers out there he is the one to go with.

A+++++ George was so very organized with a big binder divided into different rooms. He was very thorough (took about 3 hrs, just like he told me he would)., He was also very helpful showing us what needed to be fixed. He was right on time too! And he gave us the inspection report right after the inspection. I would recommend him to everyone needing a home inspection. This was my 1st time for a home inspection, but my real estate agent also said he was very good, and she is going to recommend him to others.
