Good guy. He showed up in the same day that I got his info. I have no problem to pay his service call fee, but one thing I didn�t like it at all. He sold me 2 remote control for 38.00 each, he said it was cheaper than Sears, as soon as he left, the remote price was bugging me, I went down to Sears and the very same remote control was 15.99, I called Home Depot 18.75. I could have 5 remotes for the price I was charged in materials. I thought that was dishonest, especially because he affirmed that he was selling cheaper than Sears. I'll use him again, I'll recommend him, BUT I advise everybody to ask second quote and check material prices first

Tom was great. He installed a new opener that is quiet and much more functional then the original opener. Since he is based quite a distance from my house, I was not sure he would want to trek that far, but he did.
